Once the sale is over, we can leave what did not sell in the staged environment for you. If you are interested in clean up and haul away services, we can take care of it. We have trusted partners that provide this service that will leave the estate empty for the next phase. This cost quote will be provided directly from the service provider to the estate. For items that are donated, a small fee for delivery of donations will be added. We have trusted charities that we use, but we will also use local charities of your choice & donation receipts are provided back to the estate for tax purposes.
